Kiks Coaching (“Kiks,” “we,” “us”) operates the Kiks mobile app and coaching platform. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. We keep this deliberately plain: you should always know what we hold and why.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information — your full name, email address, and phone number, collected at signup or conversion by our coaching staff.
- Health & fitness data — workout activity, exercise logs, nutrition and meal tracking, and the weight and body metrics you provide.
- Usage data — app interactions needed to deliver your coaching features.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide your coaching services, deliver personalized workout and nutrition plans, communicate with you about your program, and improve the app.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored with Supabase, a SOC 2 compliant infrastructure provider, over encrypted connections (TLS) in transit. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Third-Party Services
We use Supabase for data storage and Resend for transactional email delivery (for example, account setup emails). These providers process your data only as needed to provide their service to us.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide your coaching services.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at support@kikscoaching.com. Account and data deletion requests are handled by our staff within a reasonable timeframe.
7. Children’s Privacy
Kiks is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will always reflect the most recent changes.
